- Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 6 mini pans.
- With the help of a spatula mix all ingredients during one minute or just until combined.
- Pour into pans.
- Bake until toothpick comes out clean. 50 minutes to 1 hour for large loaves, 30 to 35 minutes for mini loaves.
- Cool 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
