Indulge in a delightful treat with Whipped Jell-O. Combine creamy evaporated milk, sugar-free Strawberry Jell-O, fresh strawberries, and half & half for a luscious dessert bursting with fruity flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1 oz. sugar free Strawberries Jell-O (3 small boxes)

  • 1/2 cup half and half

  • 1 Lb. Fresh strawberries

Directions

  • In a freezer bag pour the evaporated milk and place it flat in the freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • In a liquid measuring cup, stir Jell-O powder into boiling water and keep stirring until it is completely dissolved.Then add the cold water and leave at room temperature.
  • In a large bowl, break the frozen evaporated milk, and whip In high until stiff peaks form. This process could take about 10 minutes.
  • Slowly add the half and half until fluffy.
  • While the mixer is running add the dissolved Jell-O very gently until completely integrated.
  • Pour the mixture into glasses, or ramekins, or small-medium mason jars and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Garnished with fresh strawberries.
