Ingredients
500grms chancaca
4 cups water
1 stalk cinnamon
1 tbsp cloves
2 star anise
1 sour apple (Gravensteins is my favorite)
4 fig leaves

Preparation
In a heavy bottom pot, bring to a boil all the ingredients. Once it’s in a full boiling, lower to medium temperature and boil for 30 minutes.
Strain and let cool.
Bottle it in a glass container.
Refrigerate up to a month.
