Chilcano de Pisco


  • 3 oz. of Pisco
  • 4 oz. Ginger ale
  • 1/2 oz. Key lime juice
  • 2 oz. Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
  • 3 Drops of Angostura bitters

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the pisco over the ice.
  3. Add the key lime juice and the drops of bitters.
  4. Fill the glass with the ginger ale and ginger beer.
