- Preheat oven 400F. Prick bottom and sides of crust with fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs lightly, milk, nutmeg, mustard, salt, and pepper with wire whisk until well blended.
- Incorporate caramelized onions, artichokes, and cheese.
- Pour over prebaked and cool pie crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 400F, and additional 25 to 30 minutes at 350F. Or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
