Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup Horseradish cheese small diced

  • 2 Tbsp minced shallots

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Lemon or lime zest

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Tabasco

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 6 oz. Dungeness crab meat

  • Garnish Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp Slivered almonds

  • 1 Tbsp Fresh minced parsley

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 F
  • In a food processor place all the ingredients, except for the crab.
  • Run the food processor for a minute.
  • Fold in the crab.
  • Pour into a small baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with almonds
  • Take it to the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let rest for about 10 minutes and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Serve with crackers and/or chips.
