Ingredients

  • 6 Peruvian frozen Aji Amarillo peppers

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 cup corn oil

  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Remove the stems off the Peruvian Aji Amarillo, and cut in chunks with seeds and all.
  • Mix in a blender with the other ingredients.
  • Keep refrigerated in a glass container preferably.
