Ingredients

  • 1/2 celery sprig (roughly chopped)

  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger

  • 2 peeled cloves of garlic

  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Yellow pepper paste (aji amarillo)

  • 1/3 cup lime juice

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • Togarashi spice (optional to garnish)

Directions

  • In a blender, place celery, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, yellow pepper paste, and lime juice.
  • Blend for one minute or until smooth.
  • Add mayonnaise and blend for an additional minute.
  • Store in a container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
