Ingredients

  • 6 cups Chicken, beef, or vegetable broth

  • 20 frozen small meatballs

  • 2 cans tomato sauce(8 ounce) (or 2 cups Marinara or Bolognese sauce)

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

  • salt to taste

  • ground black pepper to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup alphabet pasta

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan.
  • Add meatballs, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add pasta and cook until pasta is done.
  • Top with parmesan cheese to serve.
