Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ripen cubed mangoes

  • 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Pinch salt

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender.
  • Puree for 2 to 3 minutes, or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Transfer the mango pure to an airtight container, top with parchment paper, and cover with a lid. Freeze for about 3 to 5 hours, or until firm.
  • Serve and enjoy!
