Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/3 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup dry milk powder

  • 3 Tbsp melted, unsalted butter

Directions

  • In a measuring cup dissolve sugar with hot water.
  • Add sugary water to a blender, and dry milk powder. Blend!
  • Pour melted butter into the blender.
  • Blend for 3 minutes, until thick.
