Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. filet of tuna

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp minced ginger

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 chopped Limo pepper

  • 4 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp Black and white sesame seeds

  • 1 Tbsp thinly julienne green onions

Directions

  • Cut the tuna into thin slices, arrange them on a plate with a high rim, and season with salt, then chill for 5 minutes uncovered.
  • In the meantime, grab a small bowl and combine with a manual whisk soy and oyster sauces, ginger, garlic, Limo, and lime juice.
  • Take out your tuna from the refrigerator and spoon the sauce on top of each piece of fish, until completely covered.
  • Sprinkle some drops of sesame oil and seeds, and garnish with green onions.
  • Enjoy immediately!
