Classic deviled eggs made with 6 hardboiled eggs, blended with creamy mayonnaise, zesty Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Garnished with a sprinkle of smoked Spanish paprika, chives, and crispy bacon for a delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • 6 hardboiled eggs

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Garnish:
  • Smoked Spanish paprika, chives, bacon

Directions

  • Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to a medium bowl, and placing the whites on a serving platter.
  • Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork or use a food processor for a smooth texture.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Use a spoon to add a portion of the yolk mixture back into the hole of each egg white.
  • Sprinkle on paprika, chives or bacon for garnish.
