Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup uncooked noodles, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 tsps garlic paste

  • 2 cups basmati rice

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 2 cups fresh water

  • 1 cup coke

  • Salt

  • 1/2 cup nuts.

Directions

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the uncooked noodles until golden brown.
  • Add the garlic and rice. Stir and add raisins, coke, water and salt.
  • Bring to a boil. Put the lid on, lower the heat and cook for about 20 minutes without uncovering the pot.
  • Add the nuts and stir with a fork.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
