Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Cinnamon-infused Pisco (20 to 30 days)

  • 1 oz. Lime juice

  • 1 oz. Simple syrup

  • 1 raw egg white

  • 8 ice cubes

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker place the ice, followed by Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Cover and shave vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  • Single strain into a chill cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
