Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 1 lb. Huacho Sausage

  • 2 Tbsp whipped cream or whole milk

  • Crunchy bread such as baguette, or ciabatta

Directions

  • Mix eggs with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Pour 1/2 cup water into a large sauté pan and add the sausage without the case.
  • Break the sausage with the help of a spoon and let cook until the water evaporates completely.
  • Add beaten eggs into the sausage and mix until cooked.
  • To finish turn off the heat and incorporate cream.
