Ingredients

  • 1/2 head Radicchio, chopped

  • 1/2 head torn Butter lettuce

  • 1/3 cup sliced Genoa salami

  • 3 big fresh black figs, cut in 4

  • 1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

  • 3 T. lemon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

  • To build the salad, toss in a bowl radicchio, lettuce, blue cheese dressing, and lemon olive oil.
  • Divide salad in plates.
  • Top with quartered figs, salami, and crumbled blue cheese.
  • And to finish some freshly ground pepper.
