Golf Sauce is a tangy and savory condiment combining 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of ketchup for a creamy base. Enhanced with 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, chopped capers, and orange zest for a zesty kick, it's optionally spiked with brandy. Perfect for seafood or fries!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup capers, chopped

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 2 tsps brandy (optional)

Directions

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise and the ketchup in a bowl.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce, capers and orange zest (and brandy, if using).
  • Cover the sauce and keep refrigerated.
