8 uncooked turkey breast cutlets (about 1 pound) 8 thin slices deli ham -use your favorite one (ham of the bone, black forest) 8 slices your favorite cheese (Havarti, Gouda, Monterrey) 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp dried powder oregano 1/8 tsp paprika

Ingredients

  • 8 uncooked turkey breast cutlets (about 1 pound)

  • 8 thin slices deli ham -use your favorite one (ham of the bone, black forest)

  • 8 slices your favorite cheese (Havarti, Gouda, Monterrey)

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp dried powder oregano

  • 1/8 tsp paprika

Directions

  • Flatten turkey cutlets to 1/8-in. thickness. Top each with a slice of ham and cheese; spread with mustard. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Brush with turkey roll-ups with mayonnaise, then coat with crumb mixture.
  • Place in a baking dish coated generously with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
