Pisco Punch is a refreshing cocktail blending 24 oz pisco, 8 oz lemon juice, 8 oz water, 8.5 oz pineapple gum syrup*, and fresh pineapple chunks over ice. Garnish with thin pineapple slices for a tropical twist.

*Pineapple gum syrup, thickened pineapple-flavored simple syrup, is available at smallhandfoods.com.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pisco

  • 8 ounces fresh lemon juice (from about 6 lemons)

  • 8 ounces water

  • 1 8 1/2 oz. bottle of pineapple gum syrup (See Link Above For Where To Purchase)

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

  • Ice, preferably 1 large block

  • Thin pineapple slices, for garnish

Directions

  • In a punch bowl, combine the pisco, lemon juice, water, gum syrup, and pineapple chunks and refrigerate until chilled about 2 hours.
  • Add ice.
  • Serve the punch in chilled coupes and garnish with the pineapple slices.
