Indulge in the tantalizing blend of 4 oz. Pisco, 2 oz. passion fruit pulp, 2 oz. simple syrup, 2 Tbsp lime juice, and a velvety egg white. Shaken over ice, this Passion Fruit Sour is a harmonious symphony of flavors and textures, creating a luscious and refreshing cocktail experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Pisco

  • 2 oz. passion fruit pulp

  • 2 oz. simple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1 egg white

  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  • Place in a shaker or blender all essential ingredients in the following order: first pisco, then the simple syrup, then lime juice and passion fruit pulp, ice, and finally the egg white.
  • If you are using a shaker, shake it for 10 seconds with a lot of passion. If you are using a blender, run it for 30 seconds.
  • Serve in cold glasses using a cocktail strainer and enjoy!
