Tropical delight in a glass! Blend fresh papaya, pineapple, frozen mango, strawberries, grapes, and a splash of lemon juice with cold water for a refreshing fruit smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh papaya

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple

  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 3/4 cup frozen Strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen Grapes

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1 cup cold water*

Directions

  • In a blender place all your ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy it cold.

  • *The water could be replaced with orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, or any type of milk.
  • If not using any frozen fruit, add some ice cubes to refresh your smoothie.
