Savor the delightful "Apricot Express," a refreshing fusion of 2oz. ripe apricot puree, agave syrup, pineapple juice, and a kick of 2oz. bourbon. Topped with a splash of lime juice and served over ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Apricot puree

  • 1/2 oz. Agave syrup

  • 1 oz. Pineapple juice

  • 2 oz. Bourbon

  • 1/2 oz. Lime juice

  • 1 cup Ice

Directions

  • In a food processor or blender, puree apricots.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients.
  • Shake until well chilled and pour into a glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of apricot and a sprig of mint.
