Ingredients

  • 2 tbspoon garlic paste

  • 1/4 cup corn oil

  • 2 cups jasmine rice

  • 2 Water

Directions

  • In a large saucepan heat oil. Add the rice. Stir the rice until you start seeing the change of color; add the garlic and salt, until the rice turn into a deep white color. Add the water and stir. Cover with the lid and put in minimum temperature until it grows.

  • Do not uncover the pot for at list 20 minutes!
  • When its done, use a large fork to flake the grains!
