- Mix eggs with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
- Pour ½ cup water in a large sauté pan and add the sausage without the case.
- Break the sausage with the help of a spoon and let cook until the water evaporates completely.
- Add beaten eggs into the sausage and mix until cook.
- To finish turn off the heat and incorporate cream.
