Passion Fruit Sour

  • 4 oz. Pisco
  • 2 oz. passion fruit pulp
  • 2 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ cup ice

  1. Place in a shaker or blender all essential ingredients in the following order: first pisco, then the simple syrup, then lime juice and passion fruit pulp, ice, and finally the egg white.
  2. If you are using a shaker, shake it for 10 seconds with a lot of passion. If you are using a blender, run it for 30 seconds.
  3. Serve in cold glasses using a cocktail strainer and enjoy!
