- In a blender place milks and lime juice. Give it a 2 to 3 minutes blend.
- Add 1 tablespoon zest and with a spatula mix it.
- Pour a thin layer of the lime cream blend at the bottom.
- Place crackers on top evenly
- Repeat procedure and finish with lime cream and sprinkle lime zest.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
