Crustless Broccoli Quiché

Yield: 4-6


4 eggs

2 cups cooked broccoli florets (but not mushy)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 TBSP garlic paste

1/2 cup milk

1 TBSP minced shallot

1 cup Parmesan cheese

2 TBSP Butter



Preheat your oven to 400 F degrees. Butter a pie dish.

Evenly spread the broccoli in the dish and top it evenly with the grated cheese.

Make the custard mixture by whisking together the eggs, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, garlic, milk, and shallots. Pour the custard into the dish and bake 30 minutes, until the center is set.
