Crab Dip

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4oz. Cream cheese
  • ½ cup Horseradish cheese small diced
  • 2 TBSP. minced shallots
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Lemon or lime zest
  • 2TBSP mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 6oz. Dungeness crab meat

Garnish:

  • 2 TBSP. Slivered almonds
  • 1 TBSP. Fresh minced parsley

Description

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven at 325 F
  2. In a food processor place all the ingredients, except for the crab.
  3. Run the food processor for a minute.
  4. Fold in the crab.
  5. Pour in a small baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with almonds
  7. Take it to the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let rest for about 10 minutes and sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Serve with crackers and/or chips
