Classic Champagne Cocktail

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 to 3 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 4 to 6 ounces Champagne, to taste
  • Orange or lemon twist, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne flute.
  2. Saturate the cube with bitters
  3. Fill with Champagne
  4. Garnish with the orange or lemon twist
  5. Serve and enjoy.
