3oz. Cinnamon infused Pisco (20 to 30 days)
1oz. Lime juice
1oz. Simple syrup
1 raw egg white
8 ice cubes

Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker place the ice, followed by Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Cover and shave vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Single strain into a chill cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
