Cinnamon Sour or “Canelazo”

  • 3oz. Cinnamon infused Pisco (20 to 30 days)
  • 1oz. Lime juice
  • 1oz. Simple syrup
  • 1 raw egg white
  • 8 ice cubes

  1. In a cocktail shaker place the ice, followed by Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Cover and shave vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  2. Single strain into a chill cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
