Chicken Salad

  • 2-3 cups shredded rotisserie, cooked chicken.
  • 2 TBSP yellow or Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, mustard, mayo, celery, salt, and pepper. If making ahead of time, cover and keep chilled until ready to serve.
  2. When ready to serve, grab a wrapper and spread the salad.
  3. Roll it and serve cold immediately.


Note: You can make chicken sandwiches with leftovers salad.
