Chicken Brochettes with “Anticuchera Sauce”

Ingredients:

  • 1Lb. Boneless skinless Chicken thighs or breast
  • 1/2 cup ají panca
  • 2 TBSP. Garlic paste
  • 1 TBSP. Soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP. Dry Oregano
  • 1/2 cup. Oil
  • 4 TBSP. Red Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Description

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken into 2” cubes.
  2. Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the chicken overnight.
  4. Grill the pieces of chicken and pass them through a stick
