Ceviche Mayo | “Mayonesa Acevichada”

Ingredients:

  • ½ celery sprig (roughly chopped)
  • ½ tsp. fresh ginger
  • 2 peeled cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Yellow pepper paste
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • ¼ – ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Togarashi spice (optional to garnish)

Description

Preparation:

  1. In a blender place celery, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, yellow pepper paste, and lime juice.
  2. Blend for one minute, or until smooth.
  3. Add mayonnaise and blend for an additional minute.
  4. Store in a container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
