Apricot Express

  • 2oz. Apricot pure (3-4 ripen fresh apricots)
  • ½ oz. Agave syrup
  • 1oz. Pineapple juice
  • 2oz. Bourbon
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • 1 cup ice

  1. In a food processor or blender, puree apricots.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients.
  3. Shake until well chilled and pour into a glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of apricot and a sprig of mint.
