Description
Preparation:
- Peel the apples and cut them medium diced.
- In a bowl mix apples with flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla
- Preheat enough oil to fry; about ¼ or ½ inch oil in a frying pan.
- Drop several spoonful of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden on both sides, about 5 minutes depending on the size.
- Options to enjoy them: drizzle your favorite syrup, dust with powderedsugar, vanilla ice-cream, caramel, condensed milk, or plain.
