Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

  • 2 Tbsp. garlic paste

  • 2 tsp ground cumin

  • 2 Tbsp. corn oil

  • 1 whole little chicken

  • 1/2 cup black beer

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • Salt

Directions

  • Mix soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and oregano.
  • Marinate the chicken overnight with this mix, or for up to 12 hours (keep it refrigerated).
  • Drain and place the chicken in the rotisserie for over 45 minutes approx.. Or until it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Notes:

  • Eat with a lettuce, tomato, and avocado salad and a soft vinaigrette dressing, or/and French fries.
  • This recipe would also be good with a spicy Peruvian Aji sauce.
