Peruvian White Rice

  • 2 tbspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 2 Water
  1. In a large saucepan heat oil. Add the rice. Stir the rice until you start seeing the change of color; add the garlic and salt, until the rice turn into a deep white color. Add the water and stir. Cover with the lid and put in minimum temperature until it grows.
  2. *Do not uncover the pot for at list 20 minutes!
  3. *When its done, use a large fork to flake the grains!
  4. Enjoy!
