  • 6 Peruvian frozen Aji Amarillo peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  1. Remove the stems off the Peruvian Aji Amarillo, cut in chunks with seeds and all. Mix in blender with the other ingredients.
  2. Keep refrigerated in a glass container preferably.
